Q: When will the product be shipped?

A: It takes 7-10 days from production to shipping . It takes 3-5 days from shipping to delivery. Depending on the weather (typhoons, heavy rain, etc.), it may be delayed by up to a week.

Q: What if I can't find the tracking number?

A: It may take some time for the invoice number to be reflected on the server.

Q: Since this is a gift, can you gift wrap it?

A: We will simplify packaging to reduce the burden on the environment. Upon customer request, you can choose a red soft bag for 500 yen. Please leave the size to us based on the product you purchased.

Q: Can I see a photo of the design in advance?

A: When you place your order, please upload your favorite photo, tell us your order number, and email us to confirm the image. We will send you the design image by email within three days after confirming your order.

Q: Can I modify the design image?

A: You can make two revisions free of charge before the product is created. Any revisions after two will cost 500 yen each. We do not make image revisions during or after the product is created.

Q: How do I care for my product? Customized product?

A: Custom-made products (offset printing) are sensitive to high temperatures. Please wash and dry the items inside out. The image will not come off if washed in a regular washing machine.

Q: Can I receive orders from companies or teams?

We can accept any order format, and you can choose your own logo or any text you like.
